First of all, don&#8217;t worry, don&#8217;t get overwhelmed and, above all, don&#8217;t think &#8220;What do I do now if I can&#8217;t receive Bizum? Surely the solution is simpler than you think and in a matter of seconds you will be able to operate again with your favorite payment system.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Below, we explain what may have happened and how to solve each case.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Reasons why I can&#8217;t receive Bizum<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If your contacts tell you they can&#8217;t send you a Bizum, don&#8217;t worry! The solution is as simple as checking if they can: <\/p>\n\n<ol start=\"1\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>You are not registered in Bizum.  <\/strong>In order to operate with Bizum you must have an account with one of our member banks, have activated your digital banking and installed your app. And then follow the registration steps indicated by your bank. <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It is very important to keep in mind that you can only operate with Bizum if you have previously activated your account. So, if you have not yet registered, <a href=\"https:\/\/bizum.com\/es\/en\/banks\/\">check here<\/a> all the banks compatible with Bizum and follow the steps to register. Once you confirm your registration, you can now operate with Bizum!  <\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>You have recently changed banks.  <\/strong>If you have recently changed banks, it is important that you also request your cancellation in Bizum in the old one to be able to continue operating from your new bank. What are you waiting for to check your registration! <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Possible reasons why you have a Bizum not received<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In case your Bizum linking is correct, i.e. you are 100% bizumer, there are two reasons why you may have a Bizum not received, but don&#8217;t be alarmed, everything has a solution. It is not that you have a bizum not received, it is that you have not yet received the update! So, you just have to wait for the coverage to come back to see that deposit in your bank account.  <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If once coverage is established it still does not appear&#8230; keep reading.<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Check that the movement has been performed correctly.<\/strong>  Sometimes, the sender thinks they have confirmed the transaction, but they are only halfway done. So the next step is to ask the sender to verify that the transaction is confirmed in their banking app and the money withdrawn from their account. Simple, isn&#8217;t it?  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Check that the data are correctly entered.<\/strong>  On many occasions we encounter bizumers who, in a hurry, enter the phone number incorrectly. That is why it is normal that you have a bizum not received. Basically, because they have not sent it to you.  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If the information is correct, don&#8217;t worry, in a matter of minutes the bizum will be reflected in your bank account.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">And in case the data is wrong, ask the person who owes you the money to do the operation again, but now correctly. For your part, you will have to contact the person to whom you have sent the money by mistake to get it back (you can also check with your bank in which cases you can request the return of the transaction). <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As you can see, whatever your case, Bizum is a payment system that has the highest security standards and is based on the system of immediate transfers (SEPA), so your money is always kept in a secure environment and never remains in &#8220;money limbo&#8221;. It travels from account to account in less than 5 seconds. <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>And when in doubt&#8230; contact your bank.<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Finally, it is important to note that Bizum is a system offered directly by your bank. Therefore, the easiest thing to do is to contact your bank directly if you have any doubts.
