How to make a donation with Bizum?
Log in to the banking app
If you already have Bizum activated, look for the option to donate or send money to social causes and NGOs within your bank’s app.
Select the cause
Enter the five-digit donation code of the cause you wish to support or search for it in the list that will appear.
Enter an amount
Once you have entered the amount, check that all the information is correct and click on accept. It’s that easy!
How to request a donation receipt?
Check the list for the cause to which you have donated and contact the social entity. They will need the following information:
- Name and surname
- DNI
- Mailing address
- E-mail address
- Amount donated
